"Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio, and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done, and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work. We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four-year-old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further! Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out!
