Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding. "Sales staff, the installation was great. The steel pier approach seems much better system than concrete piers. The pier installation seemed like a very professional job however, the restoration of the flower beds or finish work was horrible. Plants were left up rooted. I had an in-ground working drip system and they disconnected it and just thew it on top of the flower beds... no attention to detail. I highly recommend the steel pier system but the finish work sucks..."
