AWESOME!! Lon is the owner and he and his partners/team went above and beyond for us before, during, and after the project! Before I use any company, I do my due diligence and research everything that I can in that industry - reviews, pros, cons, advice, pictures, etc. I started my research in Jan and Feb knowing that this is a seasonal business and they would need a few months notice to book and complete our project by the end of Spring. I chose my top 3 prospects and ended up going with Lon based on the quick trust and rapport that we built - extremely important to me due to the amount of money that we were about to spend. He was also willing to work within our budget (even though everything that I wanted was about double the price - Lol - big dreams).

Even through the 6 weeks or so of rain that we have been having, he was very accurate on when the start date and end date would be for our project. He and his partner came out one last time beforehand to get a more specific idea of the designs that we wanted. They use flagstone due to the high quality and colors (even though other companies offered a stamped concrete which is half the price) and we have no regrets - it is absolutely beautiful!!

They were able to get everything done within 5 days! Afterwards, Lon came back out to inspect and take pictures and we noticed a two small areas that were missed and their team came back out within 2 days to complete. It finally stopped raining on Friday and we were able to turn on the gas fit pit and WOW! It is awesome!! We couldn't be happier with the design and detailed work and will use them again for other projects in the near future!! I would recommend Pinckard Landscape Services to everyone!

"Sales staff, the installation was great. The steel pier approach seems much better system than concrete piers. The pier installation seemed like a very professional job however, the restoration of the flower beds or finish work was horrible. Plants were left up rooted. I had an in-ground working drip system and they disconnected it and just thew it on top of the flower beds... no attention to detail. I highly recommend the steel pier system but the finish work sucks..."
