"Had a leak in a 70 yr. old chimney w/three flues. Interviewed several HomeAdvisor contractors and with his experience and approach chose Build, USA who proposed a plan of action to address the leak and serious problem of fireplace smoke backing into our family room. To upgrade the chimney - old, damaged bricks were replaced w/o disturbing surrounding mortar. Then discovered the flues were too short: so flues, brick chimney & damper pull chains were lengthened and entire concrete crown replaced. The right size flue caps replaced. Copper flashing around chimney base replaced to extend over surrounding roof and sealed. Skylight flashing updated & secured. Chimney was hard brushed clean, waterproofed and guaranteed 25 years. Their price was more than fair considering the scope of work. Andy knows his stuff, does the job right & cares! Would definitely recommend and hire again. My thanks, Virginia Gould"

Our backyard has become an oasis with the completion of a huge patio with full outdoor kitchen (they built from scratch) and fire pit area with a beautiful path to the pool. "This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean.
