"Overall I am very pleased with the backsplash in the kitchen.  I would recommend having them come out before the day of installation.  I purchased the tile ahead of time and was not sure how much I needed.  He suggested I needed more of the pencil pieces so they did not need to cut each tile.  This saved me money which was great. I needed to go back to the store that day to purchase them. The only issue was with the outlet covers I purchased.  I wish he would have looked at them ahead of time because after the tile was installed I could not use them.
