Comment: We hired a contractor in August. Permit and plans were filed with the city on Sept. 11th, 2018. Concrete poured and work started. Contractor constructed an enclosed cedar patio but work was done by crews that did not have the right equipment thus boards are cut crooked, boards do not line up, there are gaps, the outdoor kitchen stonework is not completed. The roof put on was not correctly done and has been removed; there is only tar paper on the roof at this time. It has failed three city inspections at this time. We are firing this contractor and need an estimate of work that needs to done to bring this to expectations and to get it to pass city inspections. Once we have an estimate we will hire a crew to finish the job. Cost is a factor.
