"Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. "Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached."
