Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"Tabitha had a poor crew working for her. Once she fired the crew and hired new workers, the punctuality improved to an A. The overall painting was excellent. Tabitha and her crew filled all nail holes, cracks and had to repair a few areas that had water damage. This was done to perfection. She and her workers did an outstanding job with the clean up and how they left the house. We will definitely hire her again"

"Fernando was very helpful in advising me on what kind of paint to use on the house, and some accent tips on the exterior trim. They completed their work in a very efficient and timely manner, as he said he would. I feel I got the best bang for the bucks I spent. "Cody was knowledgeable about the jobs I needed done and seemed to have no trouble fixing the problems. He cleaned up the gutter and patio roof debris and depostied it at the curb. I was raking leaves during the time and he jumped in and blew the leaves out of my front yard for me.  
I thought  he was professional, polite, and did what he said he was going to do. I also thought his fee for the services was more than fair. I actually paid him more than he asked because I was very happy with his work.
I will hire Cody again in the spring to help with various duties around my house and yard.

"We hired SAL to install new ceramic tile floors in our hall bath, master bath, & master hallway. They also put in new 3/4 cherry hardwood floors in my master bedroom. The craftsmanship was immaculate. He shows up on time, worked on my job everyday till it was done, cleaned up at the end of the day, & most importantly was very respectful to me & my family. I am so pleased with the work that I would recommend SAL to everyone!!!! Great work, great price, great guy!!!
