"What more can I say about Berith Builders that hasn't already been said. Believe the hype!!! Deane, Tony and all of the crew are Awesome!!! I truly feel that they treated my home like it was their own. They were always on time and the job site was always clean. It was a joy to watch and listen to this Father and Son team work together. I can tell they enjoy their work. From the initial meeting with Deane to go over the job, to the job completion, the attention to detail and level of service was top notch. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Deane took care of all permits and inspections. They went way above and beyond by doing several extras for us like continuing the vinyl flooring from the new addition to the bathroom I was renovating. They also did some drywall finishing and painted the bathroom I was renovating. It's these kind of things that make Berith Builders stand above the rest. We initially had Berith Builders put an addition to our home as well as replace the roof, gutters, windows and siding. Everything went smooth and on schedule. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again a few months later to finish my kitchen and replace my 12'x20' deck, which also turned out great! I recommend Berith Builders 1000%. Thanks again Deane and Tony for making this whole renovation experience so painless for us"

"After a bit of a slow start due to some crew changes, they completed a custom designed deck that is sturdy and beautiful. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished deck."

"They replaced our gutter system that was damaged in a wind storm. They did everything they said they would do. They worked fast and did a great job. Would definitely recommend."

"5-Star Review for Ellis Construction LLC – Outstanding Work and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ellis Construction LLC, owned and operated by Mr. Patrick Ellis, to complete a much-needed structural repair on my upper deck and tiki bar. I had no prior connection to the company, but after reading numerous positive online reviews highlighting Mr. Ellis’s hands-on approach, 20+ years of experience, and pride in craftsmanship, I decided to give him a call—and I’m incredibly glad I did. The project involved replacing a critical 6x6 support post that had rotted at the base and was causing the deck to lean. As you can imagine, this situation had me seriously concerned about both safety and potential long-term damage. Mr. Ellis understood the urgency and approached the job with confidence, professionalism, and care. From start to finish, Mr. Ellis and his assistant were prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to cut out the old concrete, inspect and secure the footers, and replace the post properly—restoring both the structural integrity and my peace of mind. The quality of his work and attention to detail was obvious. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does, and he’s not satisfied until the job is done right. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who is as skilled, honest, and personally involved as Mr. Ellis. His friendly demeanor, clear communication, and deep expertise made the entire process easy and stress-free. As of July 2025, the work has been completed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend Ellis Construction LLC to anyone in need of deck repairs or general construction services. If you want the job done right by someone who truly cares, look no further than Patrick Ellis."

"Always on time , very organized , he does a quality work with affordable prices"

"We cannot say enough words of praise for the Deck build that we received from IGF. Per my unique design specifications & vision, my rugged yet smooth deck was seamlessly built to perfection. The price point was very reasonable, especially considering we cut no corners on the quality of products used in this build. There was clear communication, no confusion that can sometimes occur with general contractors. The completion time from start/finish was on target. We could not be happier with this masterpiece! Not only is it a relaxing area to unwind, it is accommodating to MANY guests for entertaining and feels completely secure while using. This has added value to our home, and made us proud of our space. We have had this for several years now and had ZERO issues in craftsmanship. It still looks brand new and is a showpiece. Thank you to Joe & IGF Construction Company for taking on our deck build!"
