It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"They helped us decide on the type of paint finish, and were very patient as we tried a couple of shades of paint and helped us with every aspect of doing an entire exterior paint job.  It was an absolutely huge job and they really exceeded our expectations.  They painted everything including all the trim, cedar shake, gutters and railings and ceilings on our large, wrap around covered, two-story porch and deck.  They even cut down a tree for us that was in the way of the painting that we had wanted to take out! 



The project manager, Kevin, was here everyday checking on progress, talking to us.  All the workers were so nice and very careful with everything and respectful of our home.  It was a great experience and the house looks brand new and just beautiful.  Would recommend the entire crew to anyone.  Very, very thorough.
