"Repair looks great and work was done quickly."

"Fantastic work from start to finish. We contacted numerous roofers in the area for quotes. Sam and Coastal Home was the only one that responded within a day, offered a honest and reasonable sense of what was needed, problem areas, and things that needed addressing, and got back with us immediately. With Sam's professional manner and conduct we expected the finest work, but at a paramount cost. However, after receiving numerous other quotes coming in several days late (and that's if the company even bothered showing up to give a quote); Sam and Coastal Home came in surprisingly at the lowest amount. As for the work, the crew showed up at 7:45 and were completely done at ~6:15 that afternoon, staying late to finish up the job. We were sure this was going to be a 2-3 day job, however his crew started immediately upon arrival and did not stop until complete that day, even fixing all surrounding landscaping and sweeping the entire yard for nails and debris. There were no hidden fees in the final bill, Sam was spot on with his initial quote, what needed to be replaced, fixed, what that cost would be, and the final bill reflected that amount. The entire process went so smoothly and professionally it was unbelievable. In dealing with another major roofing company in the area, I felt as though I was dealing with used car salesmen, lots of pandering, extra warranties that we "could" receive given the right amount. "Gold" or "Silver" stamped price plans that made me feel as though there was some fine print and hidden costs somewhere waiting to arise at the end of the deal. My wife and I felt none of this dealing with Coastal Home. Sam was upfront, honest, and got right to work. The work got done right, quickly, and most importantly we felt Sam actually cared that we were happy with the finished product and took pride in that fact. I wish that all companies worked as well and smoothly as this went.""

"Russ tackled a job that I would call a high degree of difficulty doing structural work on an existing dwelling and deck. The guys had great attitude and got the job done with no drama!"

"The past few years we have completed a fair number of renovations around our house. During this time, we have come across business that have been criminal (stole our $$), been ok, better than average and exceptional. I can honestly say Fence & Deck Connection falls in the EXCEPTIONAL category. Our journey with F&D began with me filling out their online forum. Jeff W soon emailed me back and we set up an appt. Our sales person was Kevin B and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. He even replied to emails outside normal working hours. When he left one felt confident that the work that was to be done was going to be done to a very high standard. What really surprised me was the price. We had quotes form 3 other businesses, and they were not really that close. 1 was close but the contract was vague, so not well put together like F&D. I talked to Kevin about time to get the fence installed, he stated 2-4 weeks. I explained we had been told timeframes from other salesmen, then you put down the deposit and unexpectantly, the time frame given was much longer. He assured me that was not the case and put me in touch with Cheryl T. Superb lady to chat with and she assured me they had been meeting that 2-4-week window, even in their busier parts of the season. True to her word, once we signed the contract and put down the deposit via credit card (which happened quickly) the fence was installed in 13 days. They (Kevin and Cheryl) listened to that timeline concern and got the job done exceptionally well, just exceptional customer service. The appointed production manager for the install of the fence was Francisco C. To no surprise another outstanding gentleman. He came to the house at the arranged time and we walked through the process again, laid out the fence with flags (so one does not have to be home on install day) Again answered my questions, went over what takes place on Install day, just an outstanding fellow. Day of the fence install, the crew of 3 and Francisco should up around 0830 and quickly got to work. I have cameras all around my house and I checked up on their progress throughout the day and I can attest that these 3-gentleman worked very effectively and were very proud of their work. I was amazed that they were about to complete the whole fence in 1 day. So fast is good, but how did it look? Amazing, super straight, level and sturdy. Very impressive work. I would like to thank Jeff W, Kevin B, Cheryl T and Francisco C and the fence crew for an outstanding experience. They all listened to our concerns/questions and not once did they drop the ball. Sorry for this lengthy review, I feel if a company takes the time to provide quality service, the least I can do is take the time to write a review. I know this review may sound too positive, but it truly has been an exceptional experience from start to finish."

"There was a year of build up mold and stain on the side of the house. Now it looks pristine. Great job done on the entire exterior of my house"

"The process couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Callaway was professional, listened effectively, sketched our design, and constructed exactly what we wanted. They couldn't have been easier to deal with, managing the process from outset through completion. I would hire them again and would heartily recommend them to everyone."

"very good service Recommend highly"

"Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva built my composite deck on a challenging work site. The new deck has custom steps, ramp, and benches. The deck skirting is unique and gorgeous. We are extremely pleased with the design and workmanship and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I want to thank Brian Rush, Josh, Brittney, and Christina. I especially want to thank Brian Pittman and his crew, Collin and Shawn. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Paul Davis."
