Only thing was that when they came out to do the work, they stuck to the work order to the T even though upon removing some rotten wood, we saw that we may need additional work behind it to properly complete the repair we needed done. I would have appreciated being made aware of that and consulted before just going ahead and putting fresh wood over a hidden problem. I was only notified about this because another handyman at the house sent me a picture of it. Also, there was debris left in the gutter from the roof work and I had to ask them to check and clean it out. Our downspouts go underground and that could have been a big issue down the line if I hadn't caught that as well. For the price, they were good. But maybe don't walk away for the day."

It was not exactly like the picture, but in all fairness, he said he would get as close as possible. It still turned out very nice. In addition, Mike added three railings to deck stairs. The project took five days, which is what he projected. He was sensitive to my need for details and we kept in constant contact through out the project. I live in Maryland and the project was in Connecticut."
