"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

I almost didn't use them because they were so much cheaper (even using the top of line sherwin williams paint) but they were as good as I have had. Eleazor and Caesar were very diligent and didn't mind my "picky" concerns. They fixed everything and cleaned up well after the work. They just did the work with a smile. Very impressed. I am having them back to paint my deck next."

"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."
