He even had samples of the decking to show us. He was very involved throughout the planning process helping us make decisions on what would be a good design and materials to pick from to stay within budget. The build of the deck was done very well by his team and we really love how it has changed our backyard and made the deck so much more usable. Even though there were some challenges during the build, Cedric and his team worked with us to solve them so we have a good overall design and usability. "Where do we start? I went through about 6-7 appointments / quotes for a couple of months with the major builders in the area. Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else.
