"Absolutely spot on and fantastic from my first sales call by Karen who explained everything from wood decks to composite decks to financing and how communication would flow throughout the process of replacing our wood deck with a composite deck. Once we signed up we waited about 6 weeks until it was our turn. Paul the Production manager let us know when our deck supplies would be delivered. Next came a call from Justin who would be in charge of the actually crew that would be removing our old deck and building our new deck. The actual crew worked their magic in removing our old deck in less than a half day and construction started on our new deck immediately. our brand new deck was complete in less than a day and a half. The crew working were fast and efficient. Every detail was taken care of the first time.
