He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Initial consultation was with Amy and my husband. Since I wasn't sure
what styles were discussed in my absence, she quickly emailed me
pictures of a few different options. I made multiple changes before the
install date, and Amy took it all in stride. When it came to the first
day of work, the demo guy came out to check out our existing chain link.
Apparently it was more work than he thought and had to reschedule to
come out a couple days later when he had more time. Due to a
miscommunication and misunderstanding (we said we would take care of
disposal of the old fence and they thought it meant we would entirely
remove and dispose the old fence and then I didn't read the quote well
enough to notice that they did not include removal in the price), it
took a little bit longer than expected. No big deal, that's on us to
more clearly communicate and read better!
Once the old fence was
taken out and the posts were set, the fence was up in little more than a
day. The guy who put it up was SO fast, he motivated the other
contractor we had building our deck. Wish I would have known that
Artistic could have built that, too, because we would have loved to have
that up in two days as well!
Any issues or concerns I had in the
process, I just called and talked to Mary in the office and she sorted
everything out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and
everyone. All of our neighbors have come over to tell us how much they
love our fence!

"Overall, Peckels did a very nice job. Rich Tourand was the salesperson, and he was very responsive and easy to work with. They returned my phone calls promptly and provided a reasonable bid. They came to the house twice, once to demolish the old fence and deck (to make way for a large landscaping project) and then later to build the fence after the landscaping project was mostly complete. Jake was very responsive but not always punctual. The fence and deck were not actually demolished until several days after they said they would. I was also told that it would be a one-day job to build the fence, but they did not arrive until the afternoon on that day, and even though they worked quite late, they did not finish until afternoon the following day. However, the workers were conscientous and dedicated and built a gorgeous fence. I am very happy with the quality and workmanship on the final product."
