"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them."

"Angel and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding m y double deck. They were perfectionists. The price was very reasonable. I'd hire them for any construction job . They were the nicest and hardest working group of people possible."

"Chriss Construction replaced our roof after having extensive wind damage. Christian worked with our insurance company adjuster. I was very impressed with him as a manger and a coordinator of this project. Also, his administrative support team, Jessica and Jeff, were magnificent. They were able to get it done within a couple of weeks of filing our claim. I had concerns about the weather and daylight savings time, but Christian assured me of the timeline and weather restrictions. His team of roofers were amazing, they worked their butts off and basically did it in one day. The day they did it was cold, too. They returned the next day to check the roof and the property for debris since they finished as it was getting dark. I was impressed with the final ?Roof Work Report? of the whole project with detailed photos from start to finish. This report is a professional tool to have in your homeowner documents file. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Lana Construction is one of the best in the Catskills area. My windows are beautiful. They installed two new round windows and a large window for my recreational room. Their bid was not the lowest, but they were terrific to deal with from the beginning - friendly, accessible, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the overall performance of the windows in terms of feeling solid, and smooth and how well it blocks outdoor noise. You can be confident in dealing with these guys to get the job done well and on time."
