"They were reasonably punctual, did basic prep on the deck, but painted over leaves stuck between deck floor slats instead of removing then. The gutter repair is fine, as are the other repair. Occasionally things were not clear; Sam is the only one fluent in English, most of the other fellows were not, so I had to explain what I wanted to him and then he told the guys what I wanted."
