When a local company found out that the decking materials were defective, CTC drove to Mattoon to pick up the needed decking instead of putting off the work. They explained the process carefully and handled the refund of unused material. No complaints about their service or work. As for value for money, can't say because we needed to get the work done and didn't really shop around, but we are happy with the end result at a reasonable price."
