He always communicated in a timely way, He worked well with me on the appliance delivery day to uninstall appliances, and he stayed late to install the appliances which entailed several adjustments. "Concept Til' Creation did a good job on our deck and deck wall. The end result looks great. They did a good job of clean-up afterwards and kept us advised of scheduling changes. When a local company found out that the decking materials were defective, CTC drove to Mattoon to pick up the needed decking instead of putting off the work. They explained the process carefully and handled the refund of unused material. No complaints about their service or work. As for value for money, can't say because we needed to get the work done and didn't really shop around, but we are happy with the end result at a reasonable price."
