Mr. Bimberg continuously called to update status (i.e.; scheduling architect, permit, etc.) throughout the construction of our deck. 2. When the exterior stairs per the architect's drawings were not acceptable Mr. Bimberg showed up late on a Saturday afternoon to meet with us and change the stairs. The only cost was for additional materials required. 3. When materials delivered by their supplier were of low quality, they were rejected and new materials obtained. 4. The crews did a good job of managing the stacking of materials so our two greyhounds could use the backyard without difficulty. 5. End of project clean-up was great."
