He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

Rachel and Ashley Murphy were able to make it to my place and check for hail damage within a few days of contacting them. Navigating the claims and payment process was much easier with their knowledge. Once we got the claim info from insurance, I was scheduled a week out to get my roof fixed. It all happened so fast! The crew that worked at my place was great about picking up nails and being proficient ? in their work. On top of that, Ashley was there supervising to ensure things were running smoothly. "They worked quickly with a small three man crew. They were professional and courteous. My project did require a couple of touch ups and they did those too. I had a little trouble connecting with them to come back to sand the touch ups, but once we got it scheduled, they knocked it out fast. Only complaint is that they stuffed my trash container with all the paper and plastic from the project, and it was several days out from pick up day. It was a little inconvenient. I’d recommend them overall, though. Marc has a good crew."

"We have a beautiful outcome but we did 75% of the sanding of the deck and 25% of the patio furniture to meet our quality standards. We were told they were meeting industry standards which we did not believe. There were many late arrivals and even two no shows on the part of his subcontractor. The owner was responsive to our complaints but when he saw we could make the deck wood look new by dedicating time to sanding he did concede we were right. Based on the age alone at first we did not feel he agreed it could be achieved. After his subcontractor left we would go over his sanding even of the patio furniture. We were told all boards that needed replacement were part of the estimate but we had to find them, usually after our finger would pop through in order for him to finally change out all of the rotting boards. He took before and after pics, telling us after the fact for advertising, they are not accurate of his subcontractors work. And despite putting in a combined 32 hours of hard labor sanding, as the owners, we were offered no discount for how this all played out. His subcontractor did two things well, power wash and staining. But he used no eye for detail like we had been promised ahead of time. We will consider hiring the owner for future jobs if he does the work himself but never again with a subcontractor."
