There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
