When they began tearing out the old deck they found it wasn't properly installed. They could have completed the job based on the original quote but their advice, and I concurred, was to replace the frame and footings which gave me a completely new deck and attach it to the house (which was not the case with the original deck). I now have a very attractive deck that will last for many years to come. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Carl's professionalism and quality of work. Their workers were respectful of my property and did a great job."

Jim pulled the deck up, did the repair to the deck and was able to reuse the railing. He even found pieces that we needed even if the original version was no longer available.
