The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

He kept us informed every step of the process and even help with some dry rot we had. The end result was a 10 out of 10. We had our entire exterior painted, including our gutters, garage door and even white washing the brick around the front and chimney. The price was amazing as well.
