And also (seemed to) enjoy the creative process of my questioning and refinement of the gate's design. He was comfortable using photos as inspiration and developing a design that worked for my circumstances and budget. There were some areas I pushed him beyond the normal conventions of gate design (like size of main pillars and mix of materials). He always kindly shared his concerns and the norms of past customers, but never failed to find a way forward once he understand my aims. Many, many compliments on the gate and we've started a 200' cedar fencing project to do it justice. Highly recommend him and his crew."
