". After meeting with Mr. Norman, he was able to give us a reasonable estimate on the spot. Scheduling was also a factor in our decision since we wanted the project done before family was due to visit. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, he was able to schedule a crew within 2 weeks even though there was a lot of rain in the forecast. The old deck was removed and a very sturdy, new deck was built in less than week. The head carpenter, Bobby, does excellent work. The vinyl replacement on front porch railing looks fantastic! The crew was very timely, diligent and clean-up was great!"

"We are incredibly pleased with the work done by York River Outdoors LLC. They exceeded our expectations, and we believe their work deserves to be showcased in TV commercials. We would not hesitate to hire their younger team members again. If you need decking, fencing, or handicap ramps repaired or installed, we strongly encourage you to contact them. You will be very glad you did!"

"Our steps leading to the deck had collapsed and I thought they needed to be replaced but Mr. Phillips was able to repair them using the existing material at significant savings for me. He also replaced the roofing material on a small screened room on the deck. He and his son were very prompt and reliable and the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!"

"The owner was very prompt and responsive when I called. The job and follow-up were very good and the workers even did a couple of things that were not in the original contract. Have received several complements on the deck appearance since the restoration. I would definitely recommend them.Susan"

"Amazing service and quality! Came in really quick and got the fencing done. The fence looks amazing and is very stromg and sturdy! Don worked with me to help get my parents set up with a new fence and did an amazing job. Definitely will go back to them for any future work!"

"I contacted Brian for an estimate to pressure wash my house, shed and deck in Hampton, I currently live in San Antonio.  I was contacted immediately and found both Brian and his assistant to be very personable and willing to work with me.  Brian worked with me via phone calls and email to ensure me they would take care of my house.   He even let me know that he had his workers to go back to clean the shed because they forgot it.  He also gave me an estimate to do some exterior painting that I thought was reasonable.  It was a pleasure to work with Brian and I plan to definately use this company again.
