Like any renovation, We discovered the foundation hold up our stone chimney was crumbling and totally inadequate. George found a company to rebuild the foundation and we went forward with a new premium grade, flawless, treated deck. He worked with us on a few adjustments. The end result: We have a fabulous deck and free standing pergola for shade, we will use and enjoy for many years. This is a tremendous upgrade to our home, exceeding our expectations.
