"This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. We now have a beautiful and very sturdy deck which will probably outlast the two of us. We love this deck! Great people who know what they are doing!! Highly recommend Green Shield!!"

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. "Work was completetd satisfactorily but it seems that $99 for 4 hours masonry work was not applied as advertised. The subcontracor did not seem to have any idea how coupon works other than to subtract $99 from his price.

"As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."
