"Adam Free and his team are the best in class. They deeply care about the quality and overall customer satisfaction. I would recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Andy was amazing. Great customer service and solid workmanship. I would recommend him to anyone that need deck repair/rebuild."

"Very well. It required some structural work since the deck was 2 floors up, but it was built very solidly."

"The experience with the company was very comfortable and professional. Everyone involved in the project was very knowledgeable and would stop to answer questions that I had. I would highly recommend Outback Deck company to anyone looking to update their deck and/or landscape."

"I had some estimates and I chose ECS Exterior Solutions because they seem to be knowledgeable and skilled. Some others didn’t compare neither did the others seem as honest. I knew within minutes of meeting Robert Hosford he was honest, reliable, down to earth and explained things well above everyone else. One company was trying to be dishonest with insurance but with ECS I knew that I had found a trust worthy business. The crew that worked our roof was very fast on time and worked very hard. My roof decking had to be replaced unexpectedly and they managed to finish the project same day even with the added decking and a rain shower. The office wouldn’t be complete without Brenda she was so super sweet and truly organized. I must say ECS Exterior Solutions is worth every penny the roof looks great and no leaks. The quality of product used is superior and so are the people from start to finish."

"All Quality Services built a beautiful deck! They scheduled their work, started when they said they would be there & kept at it until done. Excellent, dilligent workers and Elias Vicente was true to estimate and a professional! Would highly recommend this company for any job!"

"Dave done an excellent job on my deck stairs. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I will be calling him in the near future to discuss more projects that I need done. Thank again Dave.ð"

"Mi wife comment: efficient and professional."

"Shows up for appointments, and scheduled service on time! Caulked, sealed and stained entire cabin, added new rails to lower deck, and replaced rails on front porch. Started work about 0830 every morning and until 630pm, five days straight. High quality work, very professional and friendly staff. Owner Elias on site most days also working, and came back on Saturday morning for follow-up/QA. I WOULD RECOMMEND at the highest level! Trustworthy and punctual, which quite frankly, is hard to get in Ellijay! Use this company, they are great! I was recommended by my real estate agent, then was given two reference that called. I made the right choice!"

"Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ?
