Get matched with top deck pros in Johns Island, SC

"Evan and his team at Charleston Decks & Porches are nothing short of exceptional. They completed our entire home project — including decking, steps, railings, screens, and painting — with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s rare to find in this industry. What truly sets Evan apart is his proactive communication and responsiveness; it was unlike any contractor we’ve ever worked with. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured everything was done to perfection. We couldn’t recommend Charleston Decks & Porches more highly. I’d be happy to serve as a reference or show their work upon request."

"Fantastic very neat and solid structure"

"On time, professional, knowledgeable, got the job done!"

"They installed a ground floor deck, partially covered, in our backyard seven years ago. Although we were pleased with the installation, there were some problems that they addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We recently detected softness under the uncovered part of the installation and called them. I am very pleased with their prompt response seven years later. Leon proposed a very fair and equitable solution to repairing the rotted pressure treated lumber that was the cause and Rodrigo supervised the excellent job they did in rebuilding the deck after all these years. I have been extremely impressed with the way that Express Sunrooms stands by their work both at the time of installation and now even seven years later!"

"I am very pleased! The new deck is beautiful, sturdy and secure. I loved Carson’s suggestions and I am glad we took his advice about design. He is talented with much experience. Also, this is a rental property. Carson was mindful to complete work on time so we did not lose any business! Thank you, Carson!"

"Milton and his crew did a wonderful job on my screened in porch. I would highly recommend Urbina for all your construction jobs!!! Oyster Point, Mt Pleasant"

"Sidney is and his team were awesome. On time and went above and beyond on replacing my decks and fixing some trim on the house. They came in 2K under their competitors. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them."

"Jeff was able to find a mount for our chandelier from Italy, and he did a fantastic job getting it done."

"Don't change the proposal, keep the prices."
