He deals with all the stupid bureaucracy and the very difficult neighbors with Grace. He has built a gorgeous 700 square foot cottage that I will rent out but eventually live in. He built it with that in mind so there are flat surfaces, wide doors and hallway. I would recommend AP Construction unconditionally! The best!"
