His quote was on the higher side of the many quotes we received, but we have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. He was timely, neat, and thorough. He even kept a very tidy worksite. He fixed a sagging and warped deck, and a difficult 2nd story juliet balcony over our front door that was leaking and tilting.
