"I had a great experience, Dan, walked me through the process. If I had any concerns he would come by to talk it out with me. I made changes during the process, and they easily accomplished my request. Great team to work with very friendly & helpful."

"My husband & I are delighted with the team that helped us get our dream sun & garden room and our covered patio. The team that worked with us deserves special mention for their work ethics & competence. They were so wonderful to work with & had high integrity. Miguel on the large, extensive concrete work. Vlad on the wonderful execution on building the Covered Patio & Sunroom & all the electrical work. Mike on multiple projects. Carlos on the porcelain tiles. Scott & Abe for hearing us out on our concept of what we needed & addressing our concerns. We highly recommend California Sunrooms, their products & the individuals above. "The fence is beautiful and sturdy. I appreciate the professionalism and care that was given to my 230 foot vinyl fence."

"I hired a painter out of the newspaper and he gave me a flyer to do all the things he was going to do. He didn't do any of them. I had to have my house painted for appraisal. After that experience, I called Angie's List for a list of painters. Beyond a doubt Four Seasons was the best. He brought it to my attention that there was lead based paint. He suggested that I call a company to detect if there is lead within the paint. Four Season is so knowlegeable and so precise."

"Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!"

"I've been a Designer, product Developer, as well as a general contractor for 30 years, and I'm hyper aware of all the details around Design & Construction standards. With that understanding between parties, the staff at California Sunrooms were more than willing to accept my structural details as well as interpreting my conceptual elevation drawings. I have designed many redwood patio covers, and of course they always present well. I chose aluminum because of cost, value, longevity, and ease of installation. For what we paid for the entity of the aluminum patio cover would have equated to just the materials of redwood. California Sunroom Installers we're prompted courteous, and clean. I appreciated the crews knowledge of the product. They took valuable time to explain what they were doing when I had a question, and I had many. Their attention to detail was impressive. The Patio cover exceeded my expectations. I was in awe really. Thank you so much California Sunrooms! We love our new Patio Cover!"
