"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. "After D&L estimate for lumber or Terk material, I selected them to replace my deck. He gave a date and showed with his crew at the given date and time. He and his crew were professional and worked non-stop. They encountered some issues removing the existing deck, which required more time than quoted in the estimate, but when the job was finished, the bill was the same as the estimate. The job was professionally done, clean-up was thorough, andI highly recommend this firm."
