A couple of days later, we received a quote which was reasonable and included everything we discussed. They scheduled us and showed up on the expected day, ready to start demolition. Steve and Kerry did an amazing job replacing the floorboards, rail caps and step treads. In addition, they fixed a poorly installed porch band board. The job was completed in a few days, and they did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day. The workmanship is outstanding; the deck feels solid again.
