They replaced the decking with new composite, re-did the railing, and constructed a completely new stairway. Kerry communicated with us through the entire project. I liked the careful and cost-effective way they approached the project, fixing problems and making the whole thing look new without re-doing the parts that were still sound. Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work.
