"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."

"Allwyn was super responsive and collaborative. He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent. I look forward to working with Allwyn again."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"They did a great job building our new deck. We highly recommend them."

"The job went really well. Gil was on time for the initial estimate. He quoted us a fair price and based on past reviews we accepted his bid.
As an added bonus he threw in painting the trim of our pool deck (something I had been meaning to get to but had trouble finding the time due to my son's sporting events. "Thanks again Gil!"). The day the job started Luis and his crew were on time and cleaned up after a days work. They were very efficient in their prep work. It should be noted you may sacrifice some plant life. Sometimes the workers have to push them aside to get into tight spaces but based on the final product it was worth it. Gil

"I worked with both Dave Sass and Mario Reynaze on the rebuild of my deck and backyard stone ground area. They were both very attentive to what I was trying to accomplish and their suggestions were very helpful. The new deck is beautiful and the grounds are designed for easy care. I am most appreciative for their expertise. I would recommend Expert Home Builders."

"I hired lifetime decks and siding after getting 3 estimates they were the most thorough and gave me a fair price Sam helped me through each step and i would recommend them to anyone that needs any siding or deck work"
