"My husband and I only have great things to say about Ryan (R &J Builders Inc). He came to take a look the same day we called him. He had a bid prepared the next day! We had another bid done before we called Ryan. R & J Builders Inc bid was by far the best. Other home owners in our neighborhood have replaced their fence at a much higher price in the last few years as our fences are 22 yrs old, and having problemâ s because of aging. One side of our fence had partially fallen down and Ryan was able to schedule replacement quickly and and had it finished in record time with high quality materials and and he did an excellent job. We are having the 3rd shared fence replaced in August. We would not even think of letting any one but R &J Builders Inc do this Job for us. Mark & Linda White"

"These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."
