"Work was re-scheduled twice due to weather, which is understandable. However, I had asked to be notified the night before work began so that I could remove my dog from the house. Twice, I took my dog to a friend's house, but the work could not be done those days. Then, with no notice they did the work one day and laughed about how my dog was barking at them the whole time. I was NOT amused, because my dog was recovering from a serious illness and didn't need added stress. When the work was supposedly finished I found a tool left behind in my gutter and I could lift up the decking that had not been secured. Although they claimed to be finished they did return to pick up their tool, but accommodate my schedule as they had a big job somewhere else and it was not convenient for them to come at another time. While I was pleased with the initial overview of the job and the final output is acceptable, I was disappointed in scheduling issues and felt that my small job was a low priority."
