"The job to fix our deck was a very difficult challenge. There was a very tight space under the deck to shore up the decaying joice holding some floor boards. David & partner crawled under and placed a pressure treated joice against the non treated joice & nailed all of the floor boards to the new joice. He also placed perfectly colored tops over the new nails making them virtually invisable. I am very pleased with the solution and results. Especially given the very tight space they had to work in. "Wow! I must have said that word 10 times while working with Ricardo and his team at Expect Painters! We have a large 3-tiered deck that had never been treated prior to us moving in. I called Ricardo, expecting to wait until spring. Not only did he squeeze us in, but he power washed our deck, the back of the house, and stained the whole deck for us! He even took care to remove one part and spray it and then put it back onto the deck for us! He washed the deck one day and stained it another day. He was fast and efficient.
