Jim pulled the deck up, did the repair to the deck and was able to reuse the railing. He even found pieces that we needed even if the original version was no longer available. With COVID we were struggling to find a contractor. Even some that Angi’s recommended were not returning our messages. Jim got back to me right away and worked with us to set up a plan and give us an estimate when the work could start. And he was basically right on time. After a year, I am re building it myself due to the poor quality of the original lattice wall. Joe came to look at the lattice but never followed through on repair. J&A also installed a new sliding glass door. That was well done, but the screen door does not work properly. Joe came to look at the problem, but never fixed it. His follow through is problematic, if something goes wrong.."
