"Armando is a professional. He does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it. He did demo, built new cabinets and took care of granite counters and splashes. He also helped me find some of the other subcontractors to do my complete kitchen, dining room remodel. He also refinished my oak front door and made it look brand new. Very happy with our beautiful kitchen. I would recommend Armando to anyone."

"My project was modest but Buffalo Roofing and Exteriors delivered big. This was my first experience with them but it was such a positive one. They delivered on quality, due date and costs and I would certainly recommend them to you. My crew was led by Ronnie whose attention to detail and quality was refreshing and made the experience stress free. Thank you Diego and Ronnie!"

"The Tom Sawyer crew went above and beyond. Best service I've had in years!"

"Jeff did an exceptional job replacing my entire deck and dock. Top notch workmanship using nothing but the best materials. I’ve used other contractors in the area and Jeff is clearly the best choice to get the job done right the first time. He has an incredible work ethic and strives for perfection on each project."

"They stated it would take three weeks to do the job when obtaining a bid,  it took about 3 months. They did other jobs and did not show up. No notice given when they would not come.  The design was awesome, I love the design of the deck, pergola and dock.  When the boss Bill was here they would work hard. When he left, nothing was done. I called them once and asked when they were going to start work on the dock and boat lift, they stated they were waiting for the roof to come in.  Everyone knows you put the roof on first before building the underneath deck.  They only put two metal balls on the boat lift (it takes four), they said they would come back with them and also the warranty and paperwork on the boat lift. I called they said they were waiting for the balls to come in. The job was finished at the end of May. I emailed them on June 29th, No answer. Never received the balls or the paperwork. We had to pay another person to come and nail in boards, fix the wooden gates on the deck and repair the front wooden gate still does not open all the way.  They tried to use lag bolts on the deck, instead of carriage bolts as stated in the contract.  Had to pick up after they left. They would leave their trash all over the yard.   I do not recommend them"

"Where do I start? The finished product was acceptable. Along with my deck repair, I had Adam install a gutter on the front of my house. I had to wait on rainfall before reviewing my gutters. The gutter was a complete failure. Leaks were numerous! I would not recommend Sunshine Builders for gutter work. The repair took two weeks, not the three day estimate given. The hot days were part but not all the many delays. My deck looks great. Gutters not so much. Proceed with caution."

"Awesome professional workers. Listened to what we needed to be done and were amendable to any corrective action that we wanted. They were easy to work with and the results were exceptional. You will not be disappointed if you hire them."

"They were on time and did a good job!"

"Take care of all the details for you."

"Heinz provided us with a detailed, scaled, drawing of his plan for the project. After listening to our ideas he redrew the bench; we agreed on the style and he built what we wanted."
