"I give him five stars"

"Mr. Brian & Ms. Cathy are the real deal. Very professional, very courteous and did a fantastic job with our painting project. My wife and I had a vision of what we wanted it to look like. It looks just as we envisioned. First Brian pressure washed the side of the house that faces the lake and railings around the deck. There were dead bugs stuck to the side of the house that were hard to remove but Brian stuck with it (no pun intended) and got it done. Brian painted the hardy plank on the exterior wall of our house while his wife, Cathy painted the handrails along the upstairs wood deck stairs. Matched the exterior wall perfect with the rest of the house. Painted the railings and the trim white. After Brian finished painting the exterior wall, he helped Cathy paint the railings and trim. This is all that was in our budget right now. We will definitely call them back at a later date to paint the rest of the house. Pricing was very reasonable and I enjoyed being here while they worked. I caught a few catfish and fried them up to share with them for lunch. Brian even cleaned the fish for me. LOL. I would highly recommend Brian and Cathy Verrett. It is so nice to see a husband and wife team who works so well together."

"Leo and his team are the best! Not only do they do amazing work, they are honest and kind and show up when they say the will. Leo and team completely reconstructed and restored my husband’s great grandparents house built in the 40’s. We are so grateful for them and their beautiful, skilled work. I highly recommend Velasquez Contractors to everyone in the area for any work needed-large or small—these are the contractors to use!"

"Contractor was responsive and great communication throughout outdoor grilling station construction."

"There was a little trouble scheduling the work but when he was able to come his worker did a good job."

"Randy quoted a price for the job and that is exactly what it came to. He brought receipts for the materials that he purchased for the job as he said he would do. He said he would be at the job at 8 AM and he was there at 8 AM. He said the job would last one day, it lasted one day. He even called and let me know that they forgot to do something and would be back the next morning and he was. On a personal note, Randy knew I was going in for cancer surgery. He called and asked how I was doing from the surgery. I have never had a person who has done work for me care so much. Would I hire Randy and Chris again? I am going to in the next few weeks. I was very pleased."

"Professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend and call again for future work."

"Ian and Richard replaced our dock. We’re very pleased with the final results. Highly recommended."

"They did a fantastic job fixing our fence and did not price gouge us. Quality work for a great price. I highly recommend you using them."

"He does an excellent job, he knows how to pick colors, chooses everything for the project. We had no problems with him at all!"
