"Following a tornado, I needed to replace the roof, siding, soffits, fascia wrap, and gutters on both my house and my garage. Because this work was being done, we also decided to add new replacement windows. John from Elite Seamless Gutters worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that my claim was complete and that all of the damage due to the tornado was being covered. His work with the adjuster caused my insurance company to increase the loss payout by 33%. I also know that my job was going to be done with quality materials that are more durable and will last longer than what my insurance company had specified. For instance, .044 vinyl siding rather than .040 siding. A more durable roofing shingle than what my insurance had specified. After the roof was completed, two other men of John's crew, Steve and Brian began to work on the remainder of the exterior of my house. They treated my house as if it was their own. The numerous little things that Steve did to ensure that the job is done neatly and correctly go above and beyond what I have seen with other renovation companies. Every day, following their day of work, they would take care to clean up their job site making sure that my residence didn't look like a dump even though we were in the middle of a renovation.
