I don't know how much longer we would have been able to use the porch if he hadn't rebuilt the supporting structure underneath along with jacking it up to put the structure level. One corner had dropped about 5 inches and it felt like we were walking up and down hill when we moved around the porch. He did electrical work for my new pool installation and is going to do a couple other items for me as well since he can do wide variety of work. He also backs his work if you have any issues.
