"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

He was also super knowledgeable and the materials and the prep and gave me suggestions on what type of material would work best in my application. Since he has experience in the commercial space, none of the material was that home Depot garbage that delaminates in a year or two. Everything was commercial grade and has a great warranty. I highly recommend him for any type of epoxy floors!"
