"We had an old deck removed and a new deck installed. Kyle Brooks was wonderful and designed a deck with everything we wanted. The deck was constructed with Trex planks for the floor, cedar railings with black metal spindles, and a cedar pergola/ arbor with clear cover. Exterior outlets, a switch and a ceiling fan were installed on the deck. We had a lot of questions and some changes throughout the construction and both Kyle and Kent were very attentive and patent with us. Audie was very responsive, responding within 30 minutes of our online request. He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years.
