"Kevin was the key component that made my first and forever home into the dream home I hoped for. He worked very hard, was creative and knowledgeable. He was able to find solutions to problems that crept up (I feel like there were more than average at my house). He tore out my old flooring, shower, bathroom closet, countertops and the front porch. He replaced the outlets and switches, all the lights(inside and out), built a deck (10’x15’)with a 23’ ramp, built the new shower which meant all new walls, shower floor/pan, drain pipes, shower doors and shower faucet. He installed all new flooring, countertops(which included the new sinks and faucets)painted everywhere(including the shutters outside), replaced doorknobs, built a doghouse for the oil tank, fixed the flooring in my shed, built a pad for my grill out of leftover decking, put stairs on at the back door, picked up supplies and flooring(for inside and deck) fixed the storm doors, basically rebuilt the wall in my laundry room after it was hacked up by some other workers who didn’t have as much care. He also hung up security cameras and solar panels for them and power washed a little of my house. Kevin was trustworthy from the very beginning and I had complete faith in leaving my house renovation in his care. He was willing to come let in and be around for other contractors when I had to be at work. He was even willing to throw in a helping hand if needed! I highly recommend Kevin and will be keeping him in my speed dial for future house reno needs!"

"I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"

"At our first meeting (after interviewing 3 others) Greg laid out the plan for the deck replacement and after 15 minutes I knew he was a competent, detail oriented contractor. During this project he broke down the staggered payments and communicated every day of the project through texts and showing up in person. Greg took charge in overseeing everything like a platoon leader in the field by maintaining the flow of construction resulting in a smooth, exceptional conclusion. Part of the old deck was problematic. He examined every inch where there were issues and was able to overcome some difficulty and see what I couldn't. He suggested a landing on the stairway, widening and decreasing the pitch which accommodated an easier climb for us. Those are just the highlights, there was much more.
