"Billy was very professional when giving suggestions and listening to my idea for my deck railing. My deck had been torn apart since May of this year and the joist were starting to warp and the original installer had never put flashing next to the house. Billy worked miracles at every turn. I wanted to move the steps from where they were originally and that posed a big issue as well. Nonetheless he worked until he found a suitable solution. He was very reasonable on the price! I’m so pleased with the finished product for my budget!! Thank you Junkin Bros. Will call again!"

"I needed 3 support posts for an elevated deck replaced. Mr. Gutierrez and his crew just completed the project and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Gutierrez for a most reasonable bid and service. Walter P. in Charlotte."

"Repaired deck framing issue on deck that was over water. During initial visit he reviewed my needs, explained work plan, provided estimate and then worked me into his schedule in a timely manner. Followed up on all phone calls. Showed up on time and finished project ahead of schedule. Answered all of my questions. When his project was done he checked out the rest of the deck and shared information about additional repairs that were still needed and how I could do that work myself. Would definitely recommend Bill to anyone needing work done on a decking project."

"Very polite and professional at all times, but also personable. Did excellent work and stayed on budget and within time frame quoted. Hardworking and consistently on point with the job. Removed all refuse from the job and put deck furniture back on deck. Refreshingly kind and honest. Would recommend to anyone."

"Ryan & his crew did a fantastic job replacing my deck, I would highly recommend having them come out to do work, they are reasonably priced, funny & extremely professional. Thank you Ryan!"

"Marcus, Skylar and their crew did an amazing job building a tree house and deck for us. They were wonderful to work with- great communication, friendly and very conscientious of our space and the build. They took the time to make sure it was done right and in the way that was safest for our trees. When I asked for a second deck they were easily able to pivot their plans and adjust to my needs and included me in every step of the decision making process without making me feel intimated or belittled in any way. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of their work and their integrity as people. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"My gutters and downspouts were really clogged and in need of service. Brandon did a great job on them today and the charge was reasonable. He responded quickly, arrived on time, cleaned up afterward and was a pleasure to deal with in every way. I was happy to hear that he can also handle construction work such as decks, etc and he's already working on a quote for my new carport. I appreciate Brandon's professionalism and highly recommend Service Junkie!"
