"My husband and I wanted to add a deck to our home, and we hired KI Exteriors to bring our vision to life. The experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Not only did they build a beautiful deck, but they also installed a french door off our living room, and it completely transformed the space. "Completed a very large, very difficult deck replacement (over 1,000 sf, second story, integral to roof support). Pros: Very communicative, supportive, and reliable. Double checked things with us. Didn't talk down to us or dismiss concerns or ideas. Construction is sound, materials are good, and the deck is beautiful. Cons: A few minor things didn't quite finish as well as hoped. However, these can be taken care of on our end. They we're willing to talk about them. They replaced a difficult deck at a reasonable price. Every step was professional."

"Very thorough with each step. Took the time to come out and access the area and find out just want we needed for our deck and stairs project. David made the professional suggestions I needed for my particular job. Also, very nice and considerate of my home and yard. We are grateful for his attention to detail and come in right at budget. We recommend giving them a try."

"This is my second project with Elite, the basement remodel they did for me years ago is still great with no issues and the new deck they just completed is perfect. The workers were a pleasure to work with again, and the results are even better than expected. I trust Elite to do literally any and all work on my house, and I can't wait to work with them again on my next project."
